:one: Use clean proxies. The cheapest proxies often mean bad quality and Google can easily detect poor quality IPs.

:two: Do not forward your Gmails immediately after generating them, leave them unforwarded as much as possible (1 to 2 weeks minimum).

:three: Avoid logging in to your Gmail (whether with a proxy or not, Google can easily detect your browser fingerprint).

:four: Diversify the countries from where you generate your Gmails.

:five: Do not generate 1 000 accounts at once. Take breaks and test your accounts!
