# How to add a master email?
How do I add a master email ?
A master email is an email linked to a catchall. DispurGen will connect to it to retrieve a link or a code used when generating an account for example.
You can use an outlook email or a Gmail account (With app code)\

You must create an application password on the gmail account, and enable imap.\
\

**How to add a master email?**
1 - First, go to the DispurGen homepage and select the "Settings" option. (13)\
2 - Select "**Add a Gmail Master account**."
3 - Input your Gmail email and your catchall **linked to this Gmail account**.
**You will see a success message in DispurGen, your account has been successfully added. You can close the web browser.**

**Common error:**
If you see this error, it is probably because your IMAP is not enabled or your app password for gmail is wrong.
